This is the first page for Thames Valley Salesforce, providing salesforce.com administrator support to small business.  In the past couple of years Salesforce.com has made its crm software more accessible to small businesses.  A web based crm system with no upfront costs and no software to install could be the perfect solution for a small business.  Add the ability to easy access to crm database from mobile devices, including Blackberry and iPhone, and you have a very neat solution.

Thames Valley Salesforce has been created by Ian Marshall who has experience of implementing salesforce.com for small businesses.  After the intial implementation there can be a feeling that the company is not getting the most from the system.  The company simply needs some help to be pointed in the right direction, shown what is possible, and probably some help in setting it reports, dashboards, etc.

Thames Valley Salesforce has been created to provide these services.  Think of it as a part time salesforce administrator your company who can provide a very cost effective way to get the most out of your salesforce.com system.

Projects can be undertaken for as little as £50 which would typically cover creating a report and a dashboard view for management.  For instance this could show the number of new enquiries or the number of new customers in a month against a target.
